We have been landlords and investors, tenants and home owners, and have experienced all perspectives of property management. We have over twenty years of experience in property management and investing in the Wellington market. The director has been a NZ Chartered Accountant for over 25 years and is bound by the Code of Ethics.

Director

Megan is a trustworthy, knowledgeable and dependable property manager and property investor with over twenty years experience in the Wellington market. She is a qualified property manager, with NZQA Level 4 Property Management accreditation. She is an expert in the requirements of property management and keeping tenants and owners happy.

Megan is a Chartered Accountant, and understands the true value of investing in property. She is passionate about attaining financial freedom through property investment. She has project managed many renovations and has experience adding value to property, and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner. She welcomes discussion over helping you achieve your property goals.
